1. Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from theminigalerie.com are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Our warranty covers:

- Harness hardware fails under appropriate weight load
2. What Is NOT Covered
Our warranty does not cover the following:
❌ Normal Wear and Tear – Gradual deterioration from regular use over time (e.g., fading, minor scuffing, slight fabric pilling)
❌ Misuse or Abuse – Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or using the product in ways it wasn’t designed for
❌ Improper Care – Damage from failing to follow care instructions (e.g., washing items labeled as hand-wash only in a machine, using harsh chemicals)
❌ Alterations or Modifications – Any product that has been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than The Mini Galerie
❌ Accidents or External Damage – Damage caused by chewing, scratching, accidents, dropping, or exposure to extreme conditions
❌ Lost or Stolen Items – We cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, or misplaced
❌ Cosmetic Issues That Don’t Affect Function – Minor cosmetic variations, slight color differences, or aesthetic wear that doesn’t impact the product’s usability
❌ Products Purchased from Unauthorized Sellers – Warranty only applies to products purchased directly from theminigalerie.com or authorized retail partners

3.1. Pre-Shipment Inspection

4. Warranty Claims Process
4.1. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

- Date of purchase and delivery
- Product name and description
- Clear photos showing the defect from multiple angles
- A brief description of the issue and how it occurred
Wait for our assessment – We will review your claim within 1-2 business days and determine if the issue is covered under warranty
Follow return instructions – If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item
4.2. Assessment and Approval
Our team will evaluate your claim based on:
- Whether the defect falls within our warranty coverage
- Evidence that the product was used as intended
- Timeframe (within 1 year of delivery)
- Condition of the product (determining defect vs. wear and tear)
We reserve the right to request the defective item be returned for inspection before processing a warranty exchange.
5. Warranty Remedy: 1-to-1 Exchange
5.1. Exchange Only
If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide a 1-to-1 exchange of the defective product with an identical replacement item (same product, size, and color where available).
We do not offer:
- Cash refunds under warranty claims (refunds are handled separately under our Refund Policy)
- Repairs of defective items
- Upgrades to different products
5.2. Product Unavailability
If the exact product is no longer available, we will offer:
- A comparable replacement of equal or greater value, or
- Store credit for the original purchase price to be used toward any item on theminigalerie.com
You will have the final choice between these options.
5.3. Shipping Costs for Warranty Exchanges
Approved Warranty Claims:
- We cover all shipping costs for both return of the defective item and delivery of the replacement
- We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs
Denied Warranty Claims:
- If the claim is denied because the issue is not covered (e.g., normal wear and tear), you are responsible for return shipping costs if you still wish to return the item under our standard Return Policy
6. Warranty Limitations
6.1. One Replacement Per Product
Each individual product is eligible for one warranty replacement during the 1-year warranty period. If the replacement item also develops a defect, a second exchange may be considered at our discretion.
6.2. Warranty Transfers
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from theminigalerie.com.
6.3. Proof of Purchase Required
You must provide proof of purchase (order number, order confirmation email, or receipt) to make a warranty claim. We cannot honor warranty claims without verification of purchase date.
7. Warranty Period Start Date
The 1-year warranty period begins on the date of delivery (not the date of purchase).
Example:
- Order placed: January 1, 2026
- Delivered: January 8, 2026
- Warranty expires: January 7, 2027
8. Geographic Coverage
This warranty applies to products purchased from theminigalerie.com and delivered to customers in:
- Singapore
- All international locations we ship to
Warranty exchanges will be shipped to the same country as your original delivery address. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on replacement items (if applicable in your country).
9. Exclusion of Other Warranties
9.1. Limited Warranty
This warranty is the only warranty provided by The Mini Galerie. We make no other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mini Galerie’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product as described in Section 5.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects
- Injury to persons or pets, or damage to property caused by defective products (unless required by law)
- Loss of use, inconvenience, or economic loss
Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits your statutory rights under Singapore consumer protection law.
10. Statutory Rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other applicable consumer protection laws.
